Basic characteristics

(HT A-103) is a very typical anionic-non-ion surfactant with good properties for washing, emulsifying, dispersing, moisturizing and compatibilizing, and its molecular formula is C39H66O17Na2S with a molecular weight of 884.98.

Its structure is unique (see below): benzene ring, ethylene oxide chain in the water was irregular bending stretch, providing a greater steric hindrance; at the same time, located in the succinic acid chain on the sulfonic acid and molecular The end of the carboxylic acid groups, are strong negatively charged hydrophilic groups, resulting in the system charge density, wide distribution, so that the system has a very good resistance to electrolyte and high mechanical stability.

In addition, it has excellent co-solubility with divalent and trivalent cations and quaternary ammonium surfactants, so that its dissolution, compatibilization, lime soap dispersibility and other properties have improved greatly, so it can not only be used alone, but also As the main Emulsifier with other anionic, non-ion or even multi-valent cationic surfactants used. Widely used in foam cement, leather, dyes, coatings, adhesives, especially the emulsion synthesis industry.

It is worth mentioning that when the emulsion is polymerized, it is particularly suitable for the synthesis of vinyl acetate emulsion, vinegar emulsion, vinegar and acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion; it can give the emulsion smaller particles, produce high solid low viscosity emulsion So that it is a very important and effective latex particle size improver; and can be used as a post-addition stabilizer for the production of latex, and it is also a very important and effective latex particle size improver; . Biodegradation and environmental protection

HT A-103 is not classified as environmentally hazardous by the State. This product may be partially biodegradable. The product contains APEO components and is not recommended for use with various detergents; nor is it recommended for shampoos or used as pesticides.
